| The investment seeks long-term, tax-efficient capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in the equity securities of domestic issuers listed on a nationally recognized securities exchange or traded on the NASDAQ System that have market capitalizations of $2 billion or less, or the highest market capitalization in the Russell 2000 index, if greater. Management seeks tax efficiency by holding securities for a period of twelve months or more and by offsetting capital gains with capital losses. It is nondiversified. |
