The Enrollment Services segment provides inquiry generation, inquiry management agency services, inquiry management software, digital marketing services, and content solutions. The Asset Generation and Management segment is engaged in the acquisition, management, and ownership of the companys student loan assets. Its customers include students and families; colleges and universities, primarily financial aid, business, and admissions offices; private, faith-based, and other K-12 schools; lenders, servicers, and state agencies in education finance; and government entities. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.
