The company offers formed wire products, which are used to support, protect, terminate, and secure power conductor and communication cables, as well as to control cable dynamics; protective closures, including splice cases that are used to protect fixed line communication networks, such as copper cable or fiber optic cable from moisture, environmental hazards, and other potential contaminants; and data communication cabinets used in high-speed data systems to connect electronic equipment. It also offers plastic products comprising guy markers, tree guards, fiber optic cable markers, and pedestal markers that are used to identify power conductors, communication cables, and guy wires; and various other products, such as hardware assemblies, pole line hardware, resale products, underground connectors, solar hardware systems, and urethane products. The companys customers include public and private energy utilities and communication companies, cable operators, financial institutions, governmental agencies, contractors and subcontractors, distributors, and value-added resellers. It markets its products through direct sales force and manufacturing representatives. The company was founded in 1947 and is headquartered in Mayfield Village, Ohio. |
