The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ OMX Global Gold and Precious Metals IndexSM.
The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of companies involved in the gold, silver and other precious metals mining industries that comprise the underlying index, as well as American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts that are based on the securities in the underlying index. It anticipates that the majority of its investments will be in the securities that comprise the underlying index rather than in ADRs and GDRs. The fund is non-diversified.
