The Business Services segment provides commercial banking services, including commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, and investor real estate lending, as well as equipment lease financing services. This segment serves corporate, middle market, small business, and commercial real estate developers and investors. The Consumer Services segment provides consumer banking products and services related to residential first mortgages, home equity lines and loans, indirect loans, consumer credit cards, and other consumer loans, as well as the corresponding deposit relationships. The Wealth Management segment offers wealth management products and services, such as trust activities, commercial insurance and credit related products, and investment management. This segment also offers investment advice, assistance in managing assets, and estate planning services to individuals and institutional clients. The company provides insurance coverage for various lines of personal and commercial insurance, such as property, casualty, life, health, and accident insurance; credit-related insurance products, such as title, mortgage, crop, term life, accidental death and dismemberment, and environmental insurance, as well as debt cancellation products; and domestic and international equipment financing products. As of December 31, 2012, it operated approximately 2,100 ATMs and 1,700 banking offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
