| The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the daily performance of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index Total Return.
The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. It may hold up to 10% of its assets in securities not included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal-weighted version of the S&P 500 Index, which is an unmanaged capitalization-weighted index comprised of 500 common stocks, chosen by "S&P" on a statistical basis. The fund is non-diversified. |
