| Riverview Bancorp, Inc. operates as a holding company for Riverview Community Bank that provides commercial banking products and services primarily in the Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, and Skamania counties of Washington; and Multnomah, Clackamas, and Marion counties of Oregon. The companys deposit products include demand deposits, negotiable order of withdrawal accounts, money market accounts, regular savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and retirement savings plans. Its loan portfolio comprises commercial loans, real estate mortgage loans, and real estate construction loans, as well as Consumer loans, such as one-to-four family mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, land loans to consumers for the future construction of one-to-four family homes, and other secured and unsecured consumer loans; and originates various installment loans, including loans for debt consolidation and other purposes, automobile loans, boat loans, and savings account loans. In addition, it originates mortgage loans; and provides automated teller machines, debit cards, and Internet banking services. As of June 30, 2009, it operated 18 branch offices in Camas, Washougal, Stevenson, White Salmon, Battle Ground, Goldendale, Vancouver, and Longview, Washington, as well as in Portland, Wood Village, and Aumsville, Oregon; a trust and financial services company, as well as two lending offices in Vancouver; and two lending offices Portland. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Vancouver, Washington. |
