This segment operates five cemeteries in Utah and one cemetery in California; and seven mortuaries in Utah, as well as one mortuary in Arizona. It sells its products and services through sales representatives. The company’s Mortgage Loans segment originates and underwrites residential and commercial loans for new construction, existing homes, and real estate projects primarily in California, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Texas, and Utah.
