FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of equity securities that, when purchased, have market capitalizations that are similar to those of companies in the Russell 2000 Value index.
