This segment also offers back-end products, such as autoclaves and highly accelerated stress test equipment; burn-in systems, boards, and board test systems; and component centrifuges and leak detection equipment. Its Distribution segment distributes complementary products made by manufacturers, such as environmental chambers, handlers, interface systems, vibration systems, shaker systems, solderability testers, and other semiconductor equipment. The company’s Real Estate segment invests in commercial and residential properties. Its Fabrication Services segment provides fabrication of large and complex structures used to process oil and gas, and for temporary storage of oil prior to shipment, as well as related services for the offshore oil and gas industries.
