Greg Woodhams is a senior vice president and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of U.S. Growth Equity – Large Cap for American Century Investments. Mr. Woodhams, a member of the Investment Oversight Committee and Asset Allocation Committee, oversees the teams that manage the company's U.S. large-cap growth equity portfolios. He also co-manages four of the firm's U.S. large-cap growth strategies. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rice University and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Fund Summary 
The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund invests in stocks of companies that the adviser believes will increase in value over time. The portfolio managers use a variety of analytical research tools and techniques to identify the stocks of larger-sized companies that meet their investment criteria. Under normal market conditions, the fund's portfolio will primarily consist of securities of companies demonstrating business improvement. Although the portfolio managers intend to invest the fund's assets primarily in U.S. securities, the fund may invest in securities of foreign companies.
