TXCO Resources Inc. was founded in 1979 and is based in San Antonio, Texas. On May 17, 2009, TXCO Resources, Inc., along with its affiliate, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio. |
