In addition, the company provides various connectivity products comprising mixed-signal physical layer devices for the connection of systems through optical fibers, copper cables, or backplanes; and physical media devices, crosspoint switches, and signal integrity devices. Further, it offers transport processing products consisting of framers and mappers for SONET/SDH, Ethernet-over-SONET, and OTN applications. The company markets and sells its products directly to networking original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers, as well as through third-party electronic component distributors and manufacturing service providers.
