    Gary E. Stroik
    Lead Manager since Dec 29, 2010
    Mr. Stroik is Vice President of WBI Investments, as well as Chief Investment Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager. He is also the Chairman of WBI’s Investment Committee. In addition to his duties as CIO, Gary served as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer from January 2004 to June 2013. Mr. Stroik’s service with the firm dates back to 1990 when he began to help develop the firm’s proprietary value-oriented, dividend-based, risk-managed investment approach it has today. Mr. Stroik’s exhaustive economic analysis and research have proven to be integral in running WBI’s investment management process. Mr. Stroik has been published frequently in print media and has also done several industry radio shows. Mr. Stroik is co-author of “All About Dividend Investing”, published by McGraw Hill in 2011. Mr. Stroik received a B.A. in Honors English and Fine Arts from Georgetown University.

    Fund Summary 
    The investment seeks current income and long-term capital appreciation, while also seeking to protect principal during unfavorable market conditions. The fund will seek to invest in the equity securities of domestic and foreign dividend-paying companies of any size market capitalization which the Advisor believes have the capacity to increase dividends over time, and in domestic and foreign fixed income securities. The types of equity securities in which the fund will generally invest include common stocks, preferred stocks, rights, warrants, convertibles, and master limited partnerships and REITs.
