Its marketing products and services consist of WebsiteSmart Pro, a software to create customized Web sites and conduct business electronically; ARI MailSmart, a direct mail solution; eMailSmart, an email solution; and content management services. The companys e-commerce products and services include TradeRoute, the document handling and communications system for product ordering, warranty claims, and other business documents; and WarrantySmart, a Web-based end-to-end warranty claims processing system. It serves outdoor power, power sports, appliance, agricultural, marine, recreation vehicles, floor maintenance, and auto and construction markets in the United States and the Netherlands.
