| The investment seeks to achieve as high a level of current income as is consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund invests primarily in mortgage-related investments. Under normal market and interest rate conditions, it seeks to maintain a duration less than or similar to that of a 1-Year U.S. Treasury note, but not to exceed that of a 2-Year U.S. Treasury Note. The fund does not purchase any investments having a risk-based weighting in excess of 20% under the current risk-based capital regulations established by the OTS. |
