| China Integrated Energy, Inc. engages in the development, exploration, production, and distribution of bio-diesel; the wholesale distribution and processing of heavy oil and finished oil products; and the retail sale of gasoline and diesel in the Peoples Republic of China. The company provides various oil products, such as gasoline for automobiles; diesel for vehicles and agricultural machines; heavy oil for ship boilers, heating furnaces, metallurgical furnaces, and other industrial furnaces; residual oil to manufacture petroleum coke, residual lubricating oil, and asphalt or as a feedstock for cracking; slurry, a kind of heavy oil residue left after gasoline and diesel are extracted from crude oil; and naphtha, a light oil product for manufacturing ethane and propane through cracking in tube furnaces, as well as to produce benzene, toluene, and xylene by catalytic reforming. It serves oil product trading companies and terminal users, such as gas stations, electric power companies, and shipping companies. The company sells its oil products to regional distributors in China that supply retail service stations, as well as directly to end users through its retail service gas stations. As of September 18, 2009, it owned and operated six retail gas stations in Shaanxi Province, China. The company was formerly known as China Bio Energy Holding Group Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China Integrated Energy, Inc. in September 2009. China Integrated Energy, Inc. was founded in 1999 and is based in Xian, the Peoples Republic of China. |
