| Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A., together with its subsidiaries, produces, distributes, and sells non-alcoholic beverages under franchise from The Coca-Cola Company. The company was formerly known as Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. and changed its name to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. as a result of acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages plc in August 2000.
