| Ducommun Incorporated, through its subsidiaries, Ducommun AeroStructures, Inc. (DAS) and Ducommun Technologies, Inc. (DTI), designs, engineers, and manufactures aerostructure, and electromechanical components and subassemblies. DAS provides aluminum stretch-forming, a process for manufacturing large, complex structural shapes from aluminum sheet metal extrusions; titanium and aluminum hot-forming, a metal working process conducted at high temperature for manufacturing close-tolerance components; machining; composite lay-up; metal bonding; and chemical milling services. DTI provides illuminated push button switches and panels, microwave and millimeterwave switches and filters, fractional horsepower motors and resolvers, high precision actuators, stepper motors, and mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies, including radar enclosures, gyroscopes and indicators, aircraft avionics racks, and shipboard communications and control enclosures. In addition, it offers engineering, technical, and program management services. Ducommun Incorporated offers its products and services to the United States and foreign commercial and military aircraft, helicopter, missile, and related programs, as well as to space programs.
