FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks reasonable current income and long-term growth of income and capital. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of companies which pay dividends and have the potential for increasing dividends. The management employs a quantitative screening process in an attempt to identify a number of common stocks which are undervalued and pay dividends. The investments may include foreign securities held directly. It may invest 20% of asset in convertible and fixed-income securities. In addition, the Fund may invest in real estate investment trusts (commonly known as ?REITs?).
