The fund invests in derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as twice the inverse (-2x) of the daily return of the index. Assets of the fund not invested in derivatives will typically be held in money market instruments. It will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent as the index is so concentrated. The fund is non-diversified. |
