| The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish issuers. It may invest the balance, however, in securities of other European issuers. The Nordic region is differentiated from the rest of Europe by its high exposure to cyclical industries such as oil, shipping, and pulp and paper; a small number of companies may represent a large percentage of this market. The fund may invest up to 35% of total assets in any industry that accounts for more than 20% of the Nordic market. |
