Global MAINTECH Corporation was formerly known as Computer Aided Time Share Inc. and changed its name in January, 1995. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. On February 24, 2009, Global Maintech Corp. filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. |
