It invests significantly in companies organized or having their principal place of business outside the United States or doing a substantial amount of business outside the United States. The fund may invest in utility companies of any size, including established large-cap companies that are expected to grow with the market and small-cap and mid-cap companies that may offer strong prospects for future growth.
