The Construction Claims segment advises its clients in order to assist them in preventing or resolving claims and disputes based upon schedule delays, cost overruns, and other problems on construction projects. This segment offers claims preparation, analysis and review, litigation support, lender advisory, cost/damages assessment, delay/disruption analysis, contract review and assessment, risk assessment, adjudication, and witness testimony services. This segment primarily serves owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, lenders, and insurance companies. The companys clients primarily consist of the United States and other national governments, state and local governments, agencies, and clients in the private sector. Hill International, Inc. was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Marlton, New Jersey. |
