| ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited, a development stage company, develops mobile satellite services (MSS) using geosynchronous earth orbit satellite in North America. ICO Global Communications was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Reston, Virginia. On May 15, 2009, ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Ltd filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, Manhattan. It is in joint administration with ICO North America, Inc. |
