Infinity Pharmaceuticals has strategic alliance agreements with Mundipharma International Corporation Limited and Purdue Pharmaceutical Products L.P. to develop and commercialize pharmaceutical products; and a product development and commercialization agreement with MedImmune, Inc. to develop and commercialize cancer drugs targeting Hsp90 and the hedgehog pathway.
