| InkSure Technologies Inc. provides security solutions, designed to protect branded products and documents of value from counterfeiting, fraud, and diversion. Its security solutions provide authenticity, accuracy, and customization. It is introducing a chipless RFID technology, called SARcode, for high volume and high speed work flow applications involved with item identification, sorting, and insertion processes. InkSures SmartInk provides covert machine-readable technologies for countermeasures against tampering, theft, diversion, and counterfeiting. The SmartInk technology is used on products, including a national currency, tobacco tax stamps, alcohol tax stamps, bus tickets, and bank checks; and branded products, such as consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, and auto parts. The SmartInk technology provides authentication through the addition of chemical markers or taggants that create a unique electro-optic spectral signature, which can only be recognized by its reading devices. These readers and taggants allow customers to place a unique, exclusively-licensed code on their products to determine a product's authenticity; detect counterfeits; identify diverted items and gray market goods; sort products; provide one-to-many matching; and allow track-and-trace solutions. Its PocketSure readers offer customers enhanced mobility and economy. The companys SignaSure handheld readers provide forensic-level authentication of the division's security inks in approximately two seconds. These readers provide authentication and identification of product line, production location, distribution center, and designated market. Its SortSure readers are used for high speed, in -plant quality control, and image auditing. InkSure serves customers in the United States, Israel, Turkey, India, and internationally. The company was founded in 2000 and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. |
