FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation; current income is a secondary objective. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large cap companies. Large capitalization companies are defined as U.S. companies included in the S&P 500(R) index and companies with similar market capitalizations. It does not intend to engage in short sales until the possible litigation described above is resolved. The Fund intends to maintain an approximate net 100% long exposure to the equity market. Its long positions and their equivalents will generally range between 100% and 150% of the value of net assets.
