As of December 31, 2007, it owned, operated, or leased 85 entertainment venues and 46 other facilities, including office leases, in North America, and 39 entertainment venues and 35 facilities internationally. Live Nation, Inc. has a strategic alliance agreement with BIG Concerts. The company was formerly known as CCE Spinco, Inc. and changed its name to Live Nation, Inc.
