| Micrus Endovascular Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets implantable and disposable medical devices to treat cerebral vascular diseases. It offers MicruSphere Microcoil, a framing coil that stabilizes the aneurysm; Presidio Microcoil, a framing and filling coil to deliver neck and wall coverage in a single deployment; Cashmere Complex Microcoil, a framing and filling complex coil for aneurysms that require a softer coil; DeltaPaq Microcoil, a filling coil that allows the coil to change directions; and DeltaPlush Microcoil, a coil that finds and fills the empty gaps and open spaces. The company also provides UltiPaq Microcoil, a finishing coil to complete filling of the aneurysm; HeliPaq SR Microcoil and InterPaq Microcoil, which are filling coils that occlude aneurysm following framing; Cerecyte Microcoil, which includes filaments comprised of PGA, a bioactive material; Courier ENZO Microcatheter, a deflectable device used to deliver embolics into the aneurysm; and Courier Microcatheter, a device used to deliver embolics into the aneurysm. In addition, it offers Neuropath guide catheter, which is used to facilitate the delivery of multiple devices from microcatheters, balloons, guidewires, and coils; Watusi Guidewire, a device used to guide microcatheters and devices to the aneurysm/stenosis site; PHAROS Vitesse Stent System, which is used as scaffolding of wide-neck aneurysms and in opening intracranial arteries that have narrowed; Ascent Balloon Catheter, a coaxial dual lumen balloon catheter used for temporary vascular occlusion and to assist in delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic agents; and EnPower detachment control box and connecting cable, which provides electronic control and initiates detachment of proprietary coil system.
