The MicroStrategy 8 platforms product components also comprise Desktop, a BI software component that provides integrated query and reporting, analytics, and decision support workflow on the personal computing desktop; Architect whose applications are modeled through an intuitive graphical user interface; Administrator that enables administrators to develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain small and medium systems, as well as enterprise-scale systems supporting various users; SDK, a development environment that enables integration of MicroStrategy 8 features and functionality into any application on multiple platforms; and BI Developer Kit, a package of products that include Desktop Designer, Architect, and modular analytic applications.
