FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks results that correspond to the aggregate price and dividend performance of the securities in the S&P 500 index. The fund normally invests in stocks included in the S&P 500 index and also may invest in stock index futures and other equity derivatives. It generally invests at least 80% of assets in stocks of companies included in the index or indices that provide exposure to stocks of such companies. The fund may also invest hold up to 10% of total assets in cash and cash equivalents, including affiliated money-market funds, high-quality money market instruments and repurchase agreements.
