Further, O2Micro International licenses its intellectual property to third parties. It serves the electronics manufacturers of communications, computer, consumer, industrial, and automotive products. The company sells its products through direct sales offices; sales representatives in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United States; and distributors in Japan and China. O2Micro International was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in George Town, the Cayman Islands. |
