| Oregon Pacific Bancorp operates as the bank holding company for Oregon Pacific Banking Co., which provides commercial banking services to commercial enterprises, governmental entities, and individuals. It accepts non interest-bearing checking account accounts, interest-bearing checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. The company offers consumer loans, including secured and unsecured personal loans, home equity and personal lines of credit, and motor vehicle loans; residential mortgage loans; real estate construction loans; customized loans, including operating lines of credit, equipment, accounts receivable, and inventory financing; and commercial real estate loans for the construction, purchasing, and refinancing of commercial and rental properties. Further, the company offers safe deposit boxes, letters of credit, travelersÂ’ checks, direct deposit of payroll, social security and dividend payments, automatic payment of insurance premiums and mortgage loans, Internet banking services, interactive voice response systems, automated teller machines, and Visa debit cards. As of December 31, 2007, it operated main office and a full-service Safeway store branch in Florence, as well as branches in Roseburg and Coos Bay, Oregon.
