The companys other development programs include OSI-296, a novel potent TKI developed to block compensatory signaling in epithelial tumor cells; OSI-930, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that acts as a potent co-inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinases c-kit and the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2; OSI-632, an anti-angiogenesis agent; and CP-868,596, a PDGFR inhibitor.
