| PHI, Inc. provides helicopter transportation services primarily in the Gulf of Mexico. The company operates in three segments: Oil and Gas, Air Medical, and Technical Services. The Technical Services segment provides helicopter repair and overhaul services for flight operations customers that own their aircraft. As of December 31, 2008, the company owned or operated approximately 249 aircraft. PHI, Inc. was founded in 1949 and is based in Lafayette, Louisiana. |
