FUND SUMMARY 
The investment seeks long-term total investment return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests 80% of net assets in equity real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) and other commercial real estate-oriented companies which own, manage and invest in underlying real estate assets, including REITs and real estate operating companies. It may invest up to 50% of net assets in securities of non-U.S. issuers (“foreign securities”) that trade on U.S. or foreign exchanges. The fund is nondiversified.
