| Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., through its subsidiaries, provides supply chain logistics services primarily in the United States, Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. It operates in three segments: Supply Technologies, Aluminum Products, and Manufactured Products. The Supply Technologies segment provides supply chain management services for a range of specialty production components. Its services include engineering and design support, part usage and cost analysis, supplier selection, quality assurance, bar coding, product packaging and tracking, electronic billing, and ongoing technical support services. This segment also engineers and manufactures precision cold formed and cold extruded products, including locknuts, SPAC nuts, and wheel hardware. It serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in various industrial sectors, including automotive and vehicle parts, heavy-duty truck, industrial equipment, steel, rail, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, power sports/fitness equipment, electrical components, and semiconductor equipment industries. The Aluminum Products segment casts and machines aluminum engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and other components for automotive, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and marine equipment OEMs. It offers front engine covers, cooling modules, control arms, pump housings, clutch retainers and pistons, knuckles, master cylinders, pinion housings, brake calipers, oil pans, and flywheel spacers; and design engineering, machining, and part assembly services. The Manufactured Products segment provides various engineered products, including induction heating and melting systems, pipe threading systems, rubber products, and forged and machined products. This segment offers its products to component manufacturers and OEMs in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, silicon, coatings, forging, foundry, automotive, construction equipment, and oil and gas industries.
