| The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Software IntellidexSM Index.
The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in common stocks of software companies. It generally will invest at least 90% of total assets in common stocks that comprise the Underlying Intellidex. The Intellidex was composed of stocks of 30 U.S. software companies. These companies are engaged principally in the research, design, production or distribution of products or processes that relate to software applications and systems and information-based services. The fund is non-diversified. |
