The companys services and solutions comprise Phoenix eSupport, a collection of Web sites and PC diagnostic software products designed to detect and fix the typical problems encountered by users during normal use of their computers. In addition, it offers Phoenix FailSafe, a theft-loss protection and prevention solution for mobile PCs; Phoenix Freeze, a solution that pairs a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone with a PC; Phoenix Flip that enables a device user to switch easily between two different operating systems on a single device; HyperCore, which incorporates virtualization technologies; and HyperSpace family of products that provide an environment, which enables various Phoenix and third party applications to be installed on a device and to operate independently from the users primary operating system. Phoenix Technologies markets and sells its CSS products through direct sales force, as well as through a network of regional distributors and sales representatives to original equipment manufacturers, original design manufacturers, resellers, system integrators, system builders, and independent software vendors in North America, Japan, and the Asia Pacific.
