Its titanium mill products consist of basic mill shapes, including ingot, slab, bloom, billet, bar, plate, and sheet. This segment also produces ferro titanium alloys for steel-making customers. The Fabrication Group segment comprises companies that extrude, fabricate, machine, and assemble titanium and other specialty metal parts and components. Its products primarily include complex engineered parts and assemblies, and have applications in commercial aerospace, defense, oil and gas, power generation, and chemical process industries, as well as various other industrial and consumer markets. The Distribution Group segment stocks, distributes, finishes, cuts-to-size, and facilitates delivery services of titanium, steel, and other specialty metal products primarily nickel-based specialty alloys. The company was founded in 1950 and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. |
