The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests substantially at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of Basic Materials Companies that are traded in the United States and derivatives. Basic Materials Companies are engaged in the manufacture, mining, processing, or distribution of raw materials and intermediate goods used in the industrial sector, and may be involved in the production and transportation of metals, textiles, and wood products. It may also purchase American Depositary Receipts and U.S. government securities. The fund is nondiversified.
