It also offers traditional connectivity products, including voice T1 product, Intelligent-T; and switched 1+ service that enables users’ sites to connect to the company’s VoIP network, as well as to gain access to its inContact services. The company also operates as a reseller of domestic and international long distance and other services provided by national and regional wholesale providers. It markets its products and services to commercial and business customers directly and through independent sales agents. The company, formerly known as UCN, Inc., was founded in 1994 and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
