The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund invest at least 80% of net assets in securities of U.S. small-cap companies whose market capitalizations generally are in the lowest 10% of total market capitalization, It may also invests a portion of assets in fixed-income securities and may lend a portion of portfolio securities.
