It offers Fast ForWord family of products as language series, literacy series, and reading series. In addition, it offers various onsite and remote professional and technical services, as well as phone, email, and Web-based support services. It offers its products to educational institutions, speech and language clinics, and learning and tutorial centers through direct sales force, direct marketing, and a network of independent value-added representatives.
