Further, SonicWALL Backup and Recovery Offsite Services enable customers to recover data lost in the event of natural disasters, such as floods, fires, and electrical power surges, or from a theft in the business. The company offers its solutions for small to medium size networks used in enterprises, e-commerce, education, healthcare, and retail/point-of-sale markets. It was formerly known as Sonic Systems and changed its name to SonicWALL, Inc. in August 1999. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California. |
