It principally offers SonoFlux 2000F, which is useful to electronic circuit board manufacturers to apply solder flux to fixed width circuit boards; SonoFlux 2000FP, SonoFlux XL, and SonoFlux EZ that apply solder flux to electronic printed circuit boards and is used by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or contract manufacturers of electronic circuit assemblies; and SonoFlux Servo, a spray fluxer that provides flux to various areas of a circuit board, as well as fluxing. The company also provides MediCoat for stent coating, a system designed to apply thin layers of polymer and drug coatings to arterial stents with high precision; WideTrack, a wide area modular coating system, which is used by glass manufacturers for Web-coating; and SonoDry ultrasonic spray dryers. It also provides a line of equipment for applications involving coatings for fuel cell membranes and solar energy panels. Sono-Tek Corporation markets and distributes its products through independent distributors, sales representatives, sales representative companies, original equipment manufacturers, and an in-house direct sales force.
