In addition, it has exclusive worldwide rights to Renazorb and Renalan and related compounds. Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has a collaboration agreement with Nippon Kayaku Co. Ltd. for the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by intravesical instillation. The company was formerly known as NeoTherapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in December 2002.
