Tronox Incorporated was founded in 1964 and is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Tronox Inc. (NYSE:TRX) operates independently of Kerr-McGee Corp. as of March 30, 2006. On January 12, 2009, Tronox Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. |
